Come join us for an open water swim on the Pineappleman Triathlon swim course! New Wave coaches and past race winners will give some swim/race specific tips before getting in the water, then you can swim as much or as little on the course as you'd like for the hour! New Wave coaches will be around to answer any questions you may have also! We will also have paddle board support in the water.This is right before packet pick up starts at 1pm, so you can grab your packet while you are there!
