Kick off YEGPIN weekend with a tourney on the actual matchplay YEGPIN machines!Join us for this MaxMatchPlay event Wednesday night, May 13th from 6-11:30pm MT. Registration/practice is 4:30-5:50pm. If you haven't signed in by 5:50pm, you will be replaced by those on waitlist (this sold out in 2025 with a large waitlist).
100 players. Cost is $45 includes your tourney entry, your own (new design) Pinball Profile Rush to the North "Moving Pinballs" t-shirt* (artwork by Joel de Guzman), and a chance to win cash (top 12) and lots of random prizes. (75% refund available until April 19)
Play 20 classic (EM & SS) games each (approx 6-9:30pm) during MaxMatchPlay. ALL games will be played as 3 balls. EM’s played as one player only.
Top 12 advance to Ladder Match playoffs. Those tied for last playoff spot(s) will play one pre-selected random tie-breaker game to determine final playoff spot(s). All players who didn't make playoffs/tie-breakers will not be permitted to play on the machines after 9:30pm. We need to give time for YEGPIN staff to make repairs/adjustments, etc for the big event.
Will play playoffs until 11:30pm Wednesday night. If playoffs are not completed, we will finish at 4pm Thursday during YEGPIN dinner break for those remaining.
*Each player will receive a shirt (if paid by April 26th). The shirt will highlight many of the fantastic places to play pinball in Canada. Canadian venues/leagues are invited to contact me at pinballprofile @ gmail.com to be included as sponsor on the shirt and an invite into the tourney. First 20 venues/leagues will be accepted.
