Join the Pilot Group Reiki Drumming Journey and experience the profound effects of the powerful spiritual tool of drumming combined with the gentle natural healing energy of Reiki.
The session starts with a grounded meditation, followed by a short drum healing session. Then Jo will talk the group through the 25-minute Reiki drum journey which includes intention setting and guided meditation.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to Reiki and drumming, no previous experience is necessary.
Chairs will be provided or please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag to ensure you are warm and comfortable throughout the drum journey. Please also bring some water and a journal and pen.
A Reiki Drumming Journey is a unique experience for your mind, body and spirit.
