Join Yoga Borne to raise awareness for, and honour Mental Health Awareness Week with a whole host of free and donation based offerings 13th - 19th May 2024.A % of all profit will go to a mental health charity that the studio supports (TBC).
The theme this year is "moving more for our mental health" - and we are here to help you do just that!
Think Yoga, Pilates, walking, swimming, nature, community, connection and more.
Tuesday 14th May sees us join in the studio and online for a fun and friendly beginners and beyond Pilates Taster class with teacher Laura.
Even if you are new to movement and Pilates, come along and join us in our fully equipped studio and enjoy moving for your mental health!
Please bring a bottle of water, and wear sensible clothing to move and relax in.

Suggested donation £5 per adult.
Payable by Eventbrite only for donation and YB online shop for set price of £5.

All Mental Health Awareness Week offerings are free or donation based. Some are pay on the day, some bookable via Eventbrite where you can make a donation or the YB online shop for a set price.
For Health & Safety reasons you must be registered on Glofox to attend any in studio or online events.
If you are not registered on Glofox your booking cannot be completed by Yoga Borne and you will not be able to attend the class you have donated towards.
We cannot offer refunds / exchanges / monetary value for any offering.
