Pilates, Prosecco & Power Tools

Hosted by Couts Heating & Cooling and Superior Duct Fabrication, this unique event brings together women in the construction industry for an afternoon of connection, movement, and inspiration.

Start the evening with a networking hour at our Prosecco bar, where you can create your own refreshing cocktail with juice and fresh fruit while connecting with other women in the industry.

At 4:00 PM, enjoy a beginner-friendly Pilates session designed to help you reset, recharge, and move your body. No experience required—just come ready to have fun.

Following Pilates, hear from an inspiring panel of women in construction as they share the powerful tools, lessons, and experiences that have shaped their success in the industry.

Each attendee will also receive a swag bag including a Pilates mat, grip socks, and a stemless flute to take home.

This event is open to women ages 21+ who are currently working in—or interested in—the construction industry. We look forward to bringing together an empowering community of women for an evening of wellness, networking, and meaningful conversation.
