About this Event
Take a break from the busyness and join us from 2:00 to 4:00 PM for Pilates, Prayer & Petals — a faith-based event for women who want to move with purpose, pray with others, and enjoy a little creative joy.
We’ll begin with a reformer Pilates session (no experience needed), followed by a time of group prayer, connection, and conversation. We’ll wrap up with a peaceful DIY flower bouquet station, where you can create something beautiful to take home, a sweet reminder of what God is blooming in your life.
All equipment and refreshments will be provided. Just bring yourself and come ready to be refreshed.
Dress Code: Please wear LIGHT PINK OR WHITE.
