Breathwork releases a host of neurochemistry from serotonin, dopamine, GABA and norepinephrine that will boost your mood, energy all while oxygenating your body and increasing lung capacity! Breathe Degrees is a wellness studio located in La Costa San Diego that offers world-class breathwork, yoga + breath, group-based cold and hot plunging, and a group sauna in a thriving community environment.
