
About this Event
At this Wellness event, we’ll explore a range of practices that promote our overall well-being. We’ll begin our day with an activity to slow us down and calm our nervous system—breathing and stretching to help you feel grounded and rejuvenated.
- We'll begin with a Pilates Mat workout led by FitgalTribe's founder, a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Mat certified teacher.
- Then, we'll segue into a writing segment activity as a way to express our inner world. The experience will feel like a cathartic exhale on a paper. We'll have the opportunity to share and build a sense of community.
- We'll listen to relaxing music, enjoy our refreshments, and conclude with a prayer and a journaling prompt.
So, save the date, grab your ticket, and join us as we slow down and nourish ourselves together. This is your time to unwind, recharge, and prioritize YOU.
