Join us for a dynamic sculpt-style Pilates class that blends intentional movement, low-impact strength training, and core-focused flow. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates lover or just getting started, this class is designed to meet you where you are while still challenging you in all the right ways.

What to Expect:
*45 minute full-body sculpt Pilates class (think: burn, shake, and tone)
Class will be hosted upstairs of Pooch's! After class head downstairs to enjoy a delicious bite to eat for lunch, a cold cocktail (or mocktail) at Pooch's Pour House!!!
