Join us each Saturday on our serene open-air spa deck for an all-levels Mat Pilates class. Each class is designed to guide you into conscious harmony through movement while surrounded by the natural healing landscape of San Juan Capistrano.
Classes are donation-based and payable to the instructor; bring a yoga mat and small towel with you to class. Open to the public and to overnight guests.
