Mark your calendars for the annual San Juan Capistrano Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks Display taking place at the athletic fields located at Marco Forster Middle School (25601 Camino Del Avion).
This year’s family-friendly celebration will feature live music food games and activities and a spectacular fireworks display. Festivities begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday July 4 with live music beginning at 2:30 p.m. featuring Flashback Heart Attack (80’s Hits) followed by Family Style (Blues Soul and Rock n’ Roll) at 4:30 p.m. and the community favorite Tijuana Dogs (Classic Rock and Dance) closing the show. In addition to the live entertainment activities will include face painting a mechanical car ride multiple bounce houses several midway-type games and food trucks.
There will also be a small vendor area for attendees to support local businesses and non-profit organizations.
