Pilates on the Pier
Join for an all-levels Pilates mat class on the pier just before sunset. Led by our Pilates-certified physical therapists, this 50-minute flow is designed to support alignment, core strength, and flexibility while taking in the beautiful waterfront views.
Class will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please bring a mat, water bottle, and come ready to move with us!
Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early. Additional event details and directions will be sent the day before class.
