Pilates To Be provides evidence-based Pilates classes across the Auckland eastern suburbs in a supportive community environment that applies current scientific evidence and best practice clinical guidelines to increase 'healthspan' (living a better quality of life for longer). Our mission is for you to be Free To Move and Free To Be and our classes are a space where you’re free to explore and become fearless about movement, free of the anxiety around pain or perfect form, free to be you, free to get back to doing all the things you love to do and free to, well, just Be!

Internationally accredited instructor certification in mat and reformer Pilates and nationally accredited Diploma in Clinical Pilates with expertise in chronic pain, acute flare-ups, rehab and strength and conditioning.

Every body type and level is welcome as we tailor each exercise to you.
