Challenge your core and build strength, flexibility and control in this intermediate class.This class is designed to develop deeper core strength, improve flexibility and enhance your body awareness through flowing sequences and precise movements.
What to Expect
You'll work through exercises that challenge your core stability and coordination while maintaining proper form and alignment. This focused class uses Pilates equipment including bands, rings, blocks and weights to enhance your workout and take your strength and control to the next level.
Is This Class Right for You?
This class is ideal if you understand core engagement and have some experience with either Purestretch or Pilates. You don't need to be advanced - just comfortable with the basics. Modifications are provided throughout to ensure everyone can work at their appropriate level.
This class is not suitable for you if you are pregnant.
Classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people, giving you the personal attention and coaching you deserve throughout your session.
