Heya! Are you ready to join our amazing Pilates community? We're all about balance - we tone together, and we brunch together!
Come join us for a beginner-friendly Pilates class in the park and let's get toned and strong while enjoying the beauty of nature around us. Please bring your own mat (or towel).
New to Pilates? That's perfectly fine, I'll tailor the exercises to your level and I'm always there to guide you for correct movements and form.
And guess what? If you’re free post-class, we love to catch up over some coffee and brunch?☕

A little bit about your instructor:
My name is Alona,
I'm excited to share my passion for Pilates with you! I started practicing over 8 years ago to help with my own back pain, which has since disappeared thanks to the pilates. For the past 3 years, I've been teaching contemporary Pilates to meet modern-day needs. I've had the opportunity to practice at the best studios across the US where Pilates originated, giving me perspective on different approaches and styles so I can bring you the best of the best.
