Join Coach J for an outdoor 50 minute mat Pilates session at Cira Green ( The Park In The Sky) Overlooking the beautiful city of Philadelphia.

Bring a friend and hangout afterwards and have a picnic and small bites and drinks at the Sunset Social that open at 12 noon.
Mats will be provided, just bring anything else you think you'll need for after the session.
