Join Us for Pilates, Horses & Sound in Sarasota FL!
Join us June 26th for our second women’s Pilates retreat with the horses - a grounding morning of presence, connection, sound, and strength.
We will begin witharrival from 9:15–9:25, followed by a warm meet and greet with our horse leader and handlers. From there, we will be introduced to the herd and learn how each horse likes to be approached, groomed, and gently petted.
Shortly after, we will head into the pastures, where Velvet Core will provide mats for our practice. Together, we will settle into a short grounding ceremony, breathwork, and a sound bath while the handlers remain nearby and the horses graze peacefully around us. This is such a special part of the experience, as the horses naturally offer a deeply grounded, calming, and regulated energy that invites us to slow down, soften, and come back into our bodies.
From that place, we will begin our Pilates session, starting with a standing strength and alignment segment and moving into work that focuses on lengthening, toning, strengthening, and aligning the body. This retreat is designed to help women feel supported, connected, and deeply present in themselves.
Please wear comfortable fitted clothing. We will have Pilates socks available, or you are welcome to keep your sneakers or boots on for the session. Traditional & non toxic bug spray will be available.
