About this Event
Slow down, relax and take it easy in this 30 minute pilates class with our instructor Jana.
Open to all, you don't need any equipment, prior experience or skill to join. Just come along for some rejuvenation and relaxation. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Pilates uses a combination of approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion. The practice emphasises breathing, focus and mindfulness to help strengthen the bond between mind and body. A focus on relaxation and stress reduction further helps to clear the mind and improve the mood.
This event is only open to London Metropolitan University students and staff.
