Pilates Fusion focuses on developing strength through the core of the body through use of the body’s own resistance. Pilates is a low-impact, deep-reaching work-out for your "core" - your abdominals, pelvis, back, shoulders and buttocks. Pilates supports a variety of fitness goals, from building strength to increasing flexibility.
All equipment, mats, and towels provided. Shoes required. Class is held on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
