Join Club Pilates West Cobb for a refreshing 45-minute outdoor mat class on the lawn right next to Kemp Park. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-timer, this all-levels session is designed to help you move, breathe, and find your core.

We'll be collecting donations for the park to help maintain their trails

• Location: The lawn in front of the owner's cottage at Kemp Park
