10 week Pilates course + free post race rehab session

Regular classes will be Thursdays at 7.15pm
Extended Class + a social run on Sunday 21st September 10am
Post Race Recovery class (+ celebration drinks) on Monday 7th October 6pm
NB. If you can't make a class within the 10 week course, you are welcome to catch up at another one of our weekly mat classes.
