These in-hand workouts are designed to improve your horse or pony’s strength, suppleness and proprioception, helping to build better movement from the ground up.
This will be the first class in a new series, introducing progressive exercises in a friendly, calm environment. The sessions are suitable for all types of equines, from youngsters starting their journey to golden oldies needing support and comfort.
Using a variety of in-hand exercises and pole work, each session will also provide you with a structured programme to follow at home between group workouts. Whether your goals are happy hacking, competition success, or simply keeping retired horses comfortable and mobile, these sessions will support you every step of the way.
The class is run by 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗦𝗰 𝗠𝗡𝗔𝗩𝗣 𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, a fully qualified and insured veterinary physiotherapist with a keen interest in prehabilitation and improving the longevity and quality of horses’ working lives.
