🌺 Classes take place at Headwaters Pilates Studio in Fergus (near Breadalbane Inn) walking distance from John Black PS and other local schools. No previous experience required!

Pilates for Kids & Teens (Age 10+, All Levels)
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 4:30pm-5:15pm

Class size: limited to 6 students
Cost: $114 for term

Class Description:
Join us for a fun and energizing, full-body workout that will leave you feeling confident and strong! Designed specifically for kids & teens (Age 10+) with a focus on improving core strength + strengthening muscles throughout the whole body. Increase flexibility and coordination, improve posture, ease pain & tension and prevent injury. It’s also a great way to cross-train for other sports!
In a warm and supportive environment, participants will learn Pilates exercises tailored to their age and skill level - and our small class sizes (6 students max) allow for individualized support. Classes are designed to help students progress at their own pace over time as they increase their skills, strength, and body-mind connection.
