Stretch and strengthen the whole body with Pilates in the lovely Community Theatre Room. The new term for beginners starts the w/c 8th Sept at 10am, along with the intermediate class at 11am.

MONDAY BEGINNERS 10am
A gentle class suitable for anyone with a joint or back issue, where their GP/health practitioner may have advised to try Pilates.
When: Monday 8th Sept – 20th Oct (7 weeks) Cost £63
MONDAY INTERMEDIATE 11am
Classic Mat-based Pilates, where each exercise is layered from beginner to intermediate, so everyone can work effectively and safely at their level.
Pilates equipment, such as hand weights, bands, foam roller, and magic circles are also provided to add further challenge to those who would like it.

WEDNESDAY BEGINNERS to INTERMEDIATE 10.30am

Run by Fiona Swan, Level 4 Exercise instructor with specialist training in Exercise for Lower Back Pain and Pilates for common orthopedic conditions. Plus Functional Strength Training for ageing populations.
