Chronic pain is not “just in your head.” It’s real, complex, and often invisible—especially when it stems from conditions like endometriosis, EDS/HSD (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder), and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). These conditions can affect your nervous system, fascia, joints, and overall regulation, making pain feel widespread, unpredictable, and deeply exhausting.
At Inspira, we understand that movement can feel intimidating when you're living with chronic pain. Our Pilates-based approach is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re in a flare, rebuilding after surgery, or simply trying to feel more at home in your body again.
This workshop focus on safe exercise for people with persistent chronic pain and how to shift out of fear avoidance behavior. Participants will leave with a home exercise program to continue building strength.
