Pilates for Beginners Workshop
Have you been thinking about trying Pilates but not sure where to start?
Join us for a friendly, supportive 90-minute session where you'll learn the foundations of Pilates from scratch. A relaxed space where you can try it out, ask questions and build confidence. No experience required. All are welcome.
In this workshop you will:
- Discover the history of Joseph Pilates, the man behind the method and his inspiring legacy
- Understand the benefits of Pilates for your body, mind and everyday life
- Learn how Pilates supports your spine, improve posture, build core strength and move with ease
- Practice basic moves you can build on, safe, effective and perfect for absolute beginners
What to bring:
- Light, breathable clothing you can easily move around in
- Socks or bare feet
- A water bottle (drinking water available on site)
- Your own mat if you prefer, although mats are provided
