Come and support Women's College Hospital Foundation with an afternoon of movement at STRONG Pilates Little Italy! Hosted by neWCHapter and STRONG Pilates, the STRONG Body class will be held on Sunday, November 16 at 2:30 PM. Experience STRONG's iconic Body class, for a full-body pilates x cardio workout and support WCHF through movement, including surprise giveaways and refreshments.

neWCHapter is a committee of young professionals who are helping to transform the future of healthcare. The committee takes a stand for healthcare equity by hosting fundraising events throughout the year to support the greatest priorities in care, research, and innovation across Women’s College Hospital.


About STRONG Pilates

STRONG Pilates Little Italy is Canada’s flagship location in the heart of Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood.

Pilates Inspired. Cardio Infused. STRONG Pilates is part resistance, part rowing or riding. A full body workout, for those down for more.


STRONG Body Class:

Expect a well rounded full-body pilates inspired workout. You will feel a complete full-body burn with low impact movements; paired perfectly with high intensity cardio bursts. The goal: strength & mobility with a huge calorie burn. You’ll move through 3 x STRENGTH blocks: Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. Each strength block is followed by 5 minutes of interval rowing, giving you a full BODY workout that’s low-impact & high-intensity. STRONG Grip socks provided to all attendees
