Join me for an approachable and supportive pilates class designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and move with more awareness and ease.
This class will blend mindful movement, mobility, core strengthening, and breathwork in a welcoming and accessible environment. My teaching style is grounded, encouraging, and approachable, with plenty of options offered throughout class so that you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body. Whether you’re newer to Pilates or have an existing movement practice, you are welcome here.
Please bring:
• a mat
• water
• any props that help you feel comfortable (optional)
