PILATES CLASS - FREE TRIAL Our matwork classes are a great place to learn the basic movements, breathing patterns and spinal stability of Pilates. Matwork classes improve the body's core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilisation through the core while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Resistance props are often used to add variety to the exercises. A regular matwork practice will improve your posture, core strength and promote a healthy back.
