Pilates is a full body workout that uses breath work creating a mind and body connection. It focuses on strengthening and lengthening the muscles, improving flexibility and posture and enhancing overall body awareness.
The practice focuses on core strength helping to stabilize, control and increase strength on the abdominals, obliques and lower back muscles, therefore improving balance, coordination and overall body strength.
