Come join Julia Tiberio, The Fitness Chemist, Certified Pilates + Barre Instructor for an energizing Pilates + Barre Mix class every Monday at Frequency Wellness Space! This in-person event is the perfect way to start your week off right with a fun and challenging workout(that can be modified to any fitness level). Julia will guide you through a dynamic blend of Pilates and Barre exercises that will tone and strengthen while improving flexibility and posture. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this class is suitable for all levels. Julia will be your biggest cheerleader and make sure you feel comfortable throughout class (while also having some fun)!

Date & Time: Mondays @ 5:30-6:15pm

Booking: You will be able to book weekly up to 4 weeks in advance. If there is ever a gap in the schedule, that means that there will not be class that week.

Price: $15 for a drop in class or $40 for 3 classes

Payment: Please Venmo Julia at @Julia-Tiberio (Last four digits of # are 4400) to avoid the Eventbrite fee. There's also a CC option at check out if you prefer to pay with card.

What to bring: A mat, water bottle and sweat towel if you'd like. There will be extra mats available if you forget or don't have one!
