Steamtown Hot Yoga invites you to join us at our Pilates, Barre and Brunch event at the Lace Venue by Epicurean.Our 2 hour event includes an hour long class guided by Tara and Gretchen. This signature blend of Pilates & barre and is a fun low impact class designed for everyone. This series will help you lean and tone your muscles to design a sculpted body, improve posture, and deepen the mind/body connection.
Brunch, deliciously curated by Epicurean at Lace, will follow our class.
