PIlates at the Spot

Join us at the Spot for Pilates with Anika. Anika is an experienced pilates instructor who also teaches for pregnant and postpartum moms but this class is for everyone. She is usually working at studios in Park Slope so we are thrilled to have her.

Please note this is an affordable $15 class as we build our following. Please pay or write us if you cannot.

It is free for those on Medicaid or low-income - ..all welcome.
