About this Event
Nothing here is competitive. We practise 10-12 lengthening and strengthening moves which are great for anyone including sports people, young to old, those with back issues or post natal. Pilates is also really good for desk workers or anyone with a poor posture wanting to improve. Whether you are in town for a few days or looking for something different in town, come along and try a class! I provide bands, mats and blocks etc. Just bring yourself!
