About this Event
Join us for a special collaboration between Yamama and Your Pilates Friend, for a self-care evening of Pilates & Tea. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for everyone looking to improve their core strength, muscular endurance and flexibility and enjoy a refreshing cup of tea.
Please be sure to:
- Arrive 20 minutes before for registration
- Bring your own mat, and
- Come comfortably dressed
Located at Parliament Street in Liverpool, UK, Yamama is the ideal setting for this rejuvenating experience. Our friendly instructor Zierra will guide you through a series of mindful pilates moves, helping you to strengthen your core and improve your posture.
After the invigorating workout, we'll gather together for a delightful tea session. You will get a refreshing iced tea to cool down, while mingling with fellow participants and making some new friends.
