Join us for a nourishing 75-minute Pilates + Sound Bath experience.
Enjoy a 45-minute Mat Pilates class led by Terri D at The Well. This class is focused on low impact, moderately intense movement focusing on toning the body and core. Suitable for all levels.
Following Pilates, immerse in a deeply relaxing 30-minute Sound Bath led by Jessica of Vibré Wellness. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and mindful sound to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner peace.
Sound baths may help:
• promote deep relaxation and stress relief
• calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety
• support emotional release and inner peace
• improve sleep and mental clarity
• ease muscle tension and fatigue
• create a grounded, balanced state of being
What to Bring:
• Optional: blanket, pillow, or cozy layer for the sound bath to help you feel supported and warm
