On May 7th from 10 AM–12 PM, we are bringing together a unique community-focused event at SQLPT Pilates in Boca Raton, hosted by Miore Social Club in collaboration with Painless Pregnancy and SQLPT Pilates!
This thoughtfully curated morning will begin with an educational workshop by Painless Pregnancy, offering valuable insights, expert guidance, and practical tools to help navigate pregnancy and postpartum with more ease and confidence.
Following the workshop, guests will move into a Pilates class, focused on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting the body through pregnancy and postpartum. The session is designed to be safe, effective, and empowering for every stage of motherhood.
After the workout, we’ll transition into a relaxed networking and social segment, giving moms the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships within a supportive and like-minded community. 💛 Drinks & light bites included!
