So happy to announce our next event: Take Care of You 💐
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re hosting an intimate experience at @communityyogaphoenix to truly prioritize your mental well-being.

This is also a community drive to give back to those in need. We are accepting any and all donations, which will be distributed to nonprofits in the Phoenix area 🤍
We’ll move through 45 minutes of Pilates, followed by a guided meditation designed to give you real life tools you can carry beyond this space. The meditation will be more personal for this event, as it’s the most intentional and grounding part of our experience.
All equipment is included: mats, bands, straps, blankets, etc. We’ll also be offering a few thoughtful gifts to help you feel refreshed, supported, and cared for beyond the event ✨
