Join us on Saturday, May 2nd from 9am–12pm at True Light Chiropractic for Pilates & Lattes — a fun, relaxed morning built around feeling good, connecting with people, and leaving better than you arrived.
Here’s how the morning will flow:
🧘 9:00–10:00 AM | Pilates to start your morning
We’ll begin the morning together with movement.
☕ 10:00 AM–12:00 PM | Coffee, Brunch & Community Time
After class, stay and enjoy time to sip, connect, and visit each experience we have set up for you.
