You’ll begin the day with an extended Pilates session, working the whole body with a focus on finding a deeper connection and balance in our feet - our foundation.
From here, with your feet ‘awake’ you’ll head outside to explore the barefoot trail, before gathering together to share a nourishing three-course meal in the gorgeous bistro.
After lunch, enjoy free time to soak in the hot tubs and unwind in the sauna, all surrounded by the tranquillity of the countryside.

PROVISIONAL ITINERARY
09.15 Welcome drinks and introduction to the day at The Studio
09.45 - 11.30 Pilates session
11.45 - 12.30 Explore the Barefoot sensory trail or relax at the Bistro
12.30 - 14.00 3 course lunch at the Bistro
14.00 - 17.00 Hot tubs, saunas and cool pools
17.00 Depart for the day
