Info: First we begin with moving our bodies with Pilates Stretch and Core. Next we will create highly energetic circle and bring your favorite art supplies as we tap into our creative vision with spirit and our higher selves to transform and bring our creativity and passion to life. We will begin with a meditation that will connect us to our higher self and our creative visions and bring forward colors shapes and symbols that will give us messages and steps to take to shed the old limiting beliefs and blocks that stand in our way from embodying and living the life of our dreams. Through the journey we will uncover what needs to be released and open up a portal for us to grow and tune into as we continue to expand and become our fullest version of ourselves.
