Pikes Peak Short-Term Rental Alliance – Grand Launch Party
Join us on May 18th at 5:30 PM for the official launch of the Pikes Peak Short-Term Rental Alliance (PPSTRA)—a new local chapter of COSTRA dedicated to supporting and representing the STR community.
This in-person event is your opportunity to connect, stay informed, and get involved as short-term rental regulations continue to evolve across the Pikes Peak region—especially in areas like Teller County.
As lawmakers consider new restrictions, it’s more important than ever for STR owners, vendors, realtors, and community members to come together. Our mission is simple: protect property rights, support your business, and ensure our collective voice is heard.
At this event, we’ll be bringing you updates on proposed regulations locally and statewide, what we’re doing, and how you can help make your voice heard to the right representatives.

- 5:30-6pm: Network with fellow STR owners, businesses, vendors, and real estate professionals.
- 6pm: Pikes Peak STRA Board members talk about our organization, current regulations we are fighting locally and statewide, and what you can do. Others from the STR Community will also be sharing.
- 6:30pm: Session concludes
- Additional Details: Drinks and Food will be provided.
