What You’ll Learn
• How to make a basic pierogi dough from scratch
• Three delicious fillings: Apple, Mushroom, and Potato-Cheese
• Step-by-step techniques for rolling, cutting, filling, and sealing pierogies
You’ll watch the dough and fillings being prepared and then get hands-on practice shaping your own pierogies. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy sampling each variety.
