Oresta Felts was born in Lviv, Ukraine and grew up learning to cook from her mother and grandmother. She has lived in the US for around 20 years and has enjoyed sharing her culture and heritage with the people around her. She is excited to give you a glimpse into Ukrainian cuisine with a pierogi making class!
Students will learn how to make pierogis that they can take home and cook themselves. Pre-made pierogis will be available to taste during class.
