I’m planning to do a combination lecture/workshop/performance focused on songwriting. I’ll start with a general account of my history & influences as a writer --with special emphasis on my roots in the NE AL Appalachian culture. Then I’ll move on to some pretty basic tips on how to write better songs. And I’ll illustrate my points by playing a couple of my songs along the way. Hope you can join us ❤️ --Pierce
