About this Event
Piedmont Ruritan District 31 is having a picnic on Saturday, May 30! Come enjoy the day at Tanglewood Park (https://forsyth.cc/parks/tanglewood/) with your family and join us for activities starting at 11:00 a.m. followed by liunch at noon at shelter #3.
You are also invited to the district cabinet meeting at 9:30 a.m., if you would like to attend, to learn more about what is going in the district!
The park entrance fee is $2 per personal vehicle or $8 per passenger van or bus. Motorcycles are prohibited.
The district is providing hot dogs and hamburgers. Each club is being asked to contribute to someting to the event. Choices are fixings (lettuce, tomatoes, chili, onions, mayo, mustard, relish, hot sauce, ketchup), buns, chips and dip, slaw, baked beans, cantalopue, watermelon, pasta salad, or anything else for a great picnic for 50 - 75 people.

ALL ATTENDEES SHOULD SIGN UP ASAP - WE MUST HAVE A HEAD COUNT BY MAY 23RD!
Men are asked to bring a sweet treat for a dessert contest! All will judge to find the winner!
The club bringing the most participants gets a surprise gift!
CLUBS WILL RECEIVE DISTRICT FUNDRAISER TICKETS IN APRIL! THE DRAWING BE AT THE PICNIC ON MAY 30TH, 2026 @ TANGLEWOOD!
