Come join Firepot Expressive Arts for a fun and creative afternoon exploring all the different pieces of you!

Step into the world of self-exploration with Pieces of You, a collage and mixed media class. Through creative expression, you’ll uncover and connect with the many layers of your inner world as you piece together different visuals to create a unique collage that reflects all the parts of you.
Using image, texture, or symbolism, you’ll bring these inner parts & layers to life, offering insight, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to your authentic self. No artistic experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart!
For the fall of 2025, reflect on the hopes & dreams you had for the year and create something tangible about your experiences as reminder of your journey so far this year. Come to one class or come to all!
Sabrina Evertt, Expressive Arts therapist & facilitator, will guide you through the process, providing tips and inspiration along the way. Each class, during the 75-minute session, you will be able to work with a different theme as your guide. All the materials will be provided, so you can just show up ready to have a good time.

Sabrina Evertt has over 20 years experience leading & facilitating in creative spaces where she witnessed & experienced first-hand the transformative power of creativity and the imagination. She's an Expressive Arts Therapist / Facilitator and a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who supports people discover, develop & achieve their goals & dreams by using the creative process as a catalyst for change.
