This Sunday we have a90 min. Vinyasa flow class with primal movement sprinkled throughout the practice. Those two practices blend nicely together.The class is 90 minutes long with a Savasana at the end. We start at 10.00 and after 90 minutes we have coffee/ tea and home made goods if you have time.
