>>>Athletes wear full uniform for pictures and bring bats & gloves. Pictures will be near the snack bar. Teams need to check in 15 minutes prior to scheduled time.
>>>Every player will receive a team photo
After pictures, teams will meet on their assigned field for the Hit-A-Thon Fundraiser. Players need helmet and bat for the Hit-A-Thon
>>>Coaches & Parents are required to help run the Hit-A-Thon during their team’s scheduled time. This includes a coach in the dugout to quickly prepare hitters to hit, recording distance and handling paperwork. Coordinators will be there to assist you.
HIT-A-THON
Each participant gets an online pledge page through 99 pledges that can be shared with family and friends.
Players can collect pledged donations per foot the ball travels or a flat donation. Players will get 6 hits at the Hit-A-Thon to hit the ball from a tee. We will track the progress and record each player’s and each team’s performance.
>>>1st Place Team
The team that raises the most funds will receive a Pizza Party + Tickets to Sac State little league day with a facility tour.
>>>2nd Place Team
The team that raises the 2nd highest funds will receive a Pizza Party.
>>>Top 3 Players who raise the most funds will receive a gift card of their choice to K1 Racing, Top Golf, Dave & Busters or Bases Loaded.
>>>All participants raising a minimum of $25 in pledges will receive a prize.
>>>All participants get a frozen treat on site when the team is done hitting.
This year’s goal is to raise $15,000 to contribute to our dream of a NEW Tee Ball field
