Founded and steered by Andy Luff, Picnic has spent over a decade threading its way through London’s deep house and techno circuits, growing from intimate gatherings to celebrated showcases while keeping its ethos rooted in authentic club culture and serious record digging. A New York-born, Berlin-based DJ with decades of experience on the road and in the crates, Evan Baggs is revered for his encyclopaedic taste and fearless digging, pulling broken beats, acid, electro, garage and techno into sets that feel lived-in and exploratory. Whether it’s a smoky basement or a packed main room, his choices speak to a DJ’s DJ: thoughtful, varied and grounded in records you’ll want to chase back to the source.
